Over the years, I have been to many good chiropractors. After recently moving to the Boise area, I was in need of a new one. Dr. Spainhower is conveniently located for me, so I decided to try him. I have been very pleased with the care I have received and the results I have had. He uses a variety of methods to adjust my spine (and sometimes other joints). He is thorough and thoughtful in his approach. I highly recommend him!

I started going to Boise Chiropractic about 5 years ago as I was having problems with pain in the back of my neck and lower back caused by long hours in front of a computer and an old gymnastics injury. I was very impressed with how good I felt after having the adjustments that I decided to routinely have adjustments every 6 to 8 weeks. My back and neck haven’t felt this good in years! I always just put up with the pain and now I have very little pain if any at all. Additionally, I was so glad I had Dr. Tod to go to when I injured my lower back and sprained my rib cage. A few years ago I made my first appointment with Dr. Spainhower due to numbness and tingling in my neck. His thorough assessment and testing of my situation prior to applying an effective treatment was valuable and resulted in success. My symptoms went away and I continue appointments every 4-6 weeks, or as needed, for maintenance. Dr. Spainhower's treatment also helps sustain mobility in my back due to arthritis. He has also been able to relieve some workout-related injuries. He is a personable and highly experienced and effective doctor that I would recommend to anyone of any age.
